The Region is well equipped with five major hospitals located in Albury Wodonga, including two public and three private hospitals, one of which is a cancer treatment centre. In addition to this, the AWRGPN Region consists of three regional hospitals located in Corowa, Culcairn and Holbrook.

Road
The Region has extensive highway links into New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia, and good road links to all regional townships. Canberra and Melbourne are approximately three and a half hours by road from Albury/Wodonga with Sydney a comfortable six hour drive.
